1. Maintain a beautiful sidewalk and street area that is free of debris and litter
2. Water, weed and remove any litter from tree beds located in front of store
3. Put out garbage at scheduled times ONLY
4. Sweep sidewalk several times a day
5. Provide an example for ther merchants
6. Clear sightlines into their store
